卢凡,男,博士,教授,曾在奥地利科学院湖泊研究所从事湖泊生态学研究。在以色列Ben-Gurion大学攻读博士学位, 专门研究血球藻/天然虾青素的培养技术, 后获微藻生物技术博士学位。自1996年起, 分别在美国Kansas State 大学和Wake Forest大学从事博士后研究工作, 主要研究微藻分子生物学和微藻在医药工业的应用。
